Key Lock Box
Over 5,000 police and fire departments rely on a security key lock box system to enter property quickly and safely during emergency response. Security lock boxes are purchased by the property owner and mounted near a building entrance. The security lock box holds keys to the property entrance for easy access.
Help the police department and other emergency personnel respond quickly and safely by installing a Security Lock Box Rapid Entry System on your home. It pays for itself the first time the system is used.
For your convenience, the Village of Chenequa stocks the KNOX-BOX® Rapid Entry System. You can purchase the boxes from the Village staff for approximately $185. Please contact the Village staff to purchase one during regular business hours. Once the owner installs the box, the Chenequa Police Department can be contacted at anytime to complete the process of securing the entry key.
